Part 1- Reset: We will begin by becoming aware of our breathing and learning basic foundation for self regulation.
Part 2- Refocus: in this section you will begin to focus your breathing and flow of oxygen away from heaving chest and toward your body center/ core.
Part 3- Renew: Here you will learn to begin to move your breath throughout your body.
